Allen Barclay
Founder & CEO
Allen Barclay is the Owner and CEO of Barclay Tax Service, Inc. He is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing tax returns for 40 years. Enrolled agents are federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and have unlimited representation rights before the IRS.
Shawnte LaTour-Serviss
Vice President
Shawnte’ is a registered tax preparer. She completed course work and received her Chartered Tax Associate certificate from The Income Tax School in 2013. She is also a member of the IRS’s Annual Filing Season Program. This requires her to complete continuing education course work and pass a comprehensive exam each year. Annual Filing Season Program participants have limited representation rights, meaning they can represent clients whose returns they prepared before revenue agents, customer service representatives, and similar IRS employees, including the Taxpayer Advocate Service.
