Our charges for tax preparation are determined by the type and number of required forms used in your return. All forms that are included in your return are either required by the IRS and state that you are filing in, or are forms that will increase your refund or decrease the amount you owe. Because of the constant change in tax documents and the varying difficulty in returns based on your personal situation, it is difficult to list a concrete set of charges for each form. Below is a list of some of the more commonly used forms and their base charges. Please note that charges per form may increase based on the amount of time and information required to complete them.

Form 1040A: $65.00 - and up

Form 1040: $75.00 - and up

Schedule A (Itemized deductions): $40.00 - and up

Schedule C (Sole Proprietor Business): $40.00 - and up

Schedule D (Sale of stocks, mutual funds, ect.): $40.00 - and up

Schedule E (Rental Property): $40.00 - and up

Form 2114 (Child Care): $10.00 - and up

NYS Returns

NY IT-201: $35.00 - and up

NY IT- 201 ATT: $10.00 - and up

NY IT-201-D (Resident Itemized Deductions): $10.00
